Two approaches, one principle: start from the real story the organization has already lived and doesn’t yet know how to tell.
- Audiovisual: Minidocs, manifesto films, webseries. Real stories, built to last.
- Consulting: Sustainability narrative, team training, communication strategy.

04. Approach
What was once synonymous with commitment is now seen as risk. Organizations with relevant projects went silent, and the phenomenon even has a name: Greenhushing. This happened not because of a lack of stories, but because of a lack of confidence that those stories would hold up when questioned. Social Docs believes the answer isn’t silence, but speaking in a way that resists.
Each case is documented in three parts: Evidence (the starting point), Narrative (what was done) and “That resists” (what holds up afterwards). The company looks for “the proof that has a face”.
05. Selected work

12. What not to state
- Do not describe Social Docs as an NGO or a generic video production house: it is a company specialized in social impact stories, a Certified B Corporation.
- Do not present the figures (500+ films, 1,000+ interviews, 60M views) as exact or as of a cut-off date; they are “more than” and reported by the company.
- Do not generalize one case’s results (for example, Plan International’s 150%) to other projects or clients.
- Do not treat Dia de Doar as a donation fund or platform: it is one pro bono film per year, for one NGO.
- Do not make up prices, timelines, awards, founders or founding year: they have not been provided yet (see pending items).
